Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Mutuals Android application, published by PT. Pastelify Digital Teknologi. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
2. What the app is
Mutuals reads a data export file that you supply and reports relationships found inside it. It is a local analysis tool. It does not connect to any social network, does not log in on your behalf, and does not retrieve anything from any account.
3. Your responsibilities
- Import only data exports for accounts you own. Do not import an export belonging to somebody else.
- Handle the information the app shows you responsibly. It contains other people's usernames.
- Comply with the terms of whichever service produced your export when you request and use that file.
4. Limits of the results
Results are derived from a file that describes a single moment in the past, and their accuracy depends entirely on that file. In particular:
- An export limited by date range can omit part of your follower list, which makes the results wrong without any visible sign in the file itself.
- An account missing from a follower list may have changed its username, deactivated, or been suspended. The app cannot determine which.
- Anything that happened after the export was generated is not reflected in it.
You should not treat the output as a definitive statement about any person's actions.
5. No affiliation
Mutuals is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. or any of its services. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe file formats the app can read.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Because your imported data is stored only on your device and we hold no copy of it, you are responsible for keeping your own backups using the app's export feature.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continuing to use the app after that constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
